The old world may be gone, but life goes on in the hustle and bustle of the great industrialized cities such as Heighton, perched upon massive islands floating a mile above the global ocean. Laborers toil to and fro, wares are hawked, and carriages roam cobbled streets beneath skies choked with steam from factory smokestacks.

Also, this gave me an excuse to write for the cimbalom. Finally.
