This track is from the original score composed for the ‘Empty Horizons’ audiobook, based on the ‘My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic’ fanfiction novel by Goldenwing.

The other central character, Rarity finds a new calling in trying to improve the lot in life for the citizens of post-apocalyptic Equestria. As the Last Lady of a bygone world, she’s determined to use what societal clout she has to work towards a better future, no matter the obstacles thrown her way by the apathetic and recalcitrant nobility.

This is her theme. Given the setting, reminiscent of Medieval or Renaissance times, I used a reduced string ensemble for a more intimate, chamber-like sound, as well as some solo instruments.
